We recommended a spin-out. A discovery phase covering brand, market research, technical architecture and R&D defined and validated Shyft as an independent venture, then a year-long build turned it into a full, live ecosystem.
This was healthcare, so nothing shipped that wasn't compliant by NHS standards and beyond, from information governance to data residency. We built four interconnected products, Client Portal, Professional App, Partner Portal and Internal Dashboard, embedded with the team throughout, including weekend workshops to keep pace with the trust.
